Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled a fire at a house on Woodberry Down in Finsbury Park, yesterday afternoon.
Two men escaped the property before the arrival of the Brigade and both were treated at the scene by the London Ambulance Service.
Part of the second floor was damaged by fire.
Fire engines from Stoke Newington and Tottenham fire stations attended the incident.
The Brigade was called at 1505 and the fire was under control at 1558. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
