Two fire engines and rescue units were called to a partially overturned tractor on The Drive, Ickenham.
Firefighters used specialist equipment to lift 15 beef cattle from the tractor's trailer.
The Brigade was called at 1316 and the incident was over for firefighters at 1848. Crews from Ruislip Northolt attended the scene.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
