Our museum has been on the move, and we're currently running as a pop-up in a fantastic space that used to be a fire engine garage! It's called The Workshop and is based on Lambeth High Street.

The London Fire Brigade pop-up museum is open Wednesday to Sunday from 10am until 4pm and admission is free.
The London Fire Brigade Pop-up Museum in The Workshop London, will close at 4pm on Friday 21 December and will reopen on Wednesday 3 January 2019 at 10am.
We're located behind Lambeth Fire Station on Lambeth High Street.
The nearest train station is Vauxhall Station. We are about 10 minutes walk away – head north up Albert Embankment, east at Black Prince Road, then north up Lambeth High Street.
Three buses stop directly outside Lambeth Fire Station: 344, 360, and 77 – get off at the Salamanca Street bus stop. The Workshop is a two-minute walk away via Black Prince Road and Lambeth High Street.
There are toilets at The Workshop, but due to the pop-up nature of the space, facilities are limited. Unfortunately, there's no parking available.
