Come down and meet the crews at East Ham fire station, in Newham.
Crews will be opening the doors to the station in 210 High Street South, East Ham, London, E6 3RS on Saturday 14 July, from 1pm to 5pm.
There will be demonstrations showcasing the skills of our crews such as line rescuing and dealing with a road traffic collision.
Brigade enthusiasts will be able to learn about the history of East Ham's fire station and look at a fire vehicles old and young.
Children can try on mini fire gear and test their firefighting by squirting water from a hose onto the façade of a small wooden house.
There will also be
Chat to the crews about the day-to-day work of firefighters and they will also be on hand to give out fire safety information, including the importance of having working smoke alarms.
The event is completely free and fun for all ages.
