Additional information:

Mr Marakandu has now decided to replace the existing door separating the commercial to the residential premises with a 60 minute fire door to BS476 pt 22. He has also informed us that he no longer resides in the flat above the shop and would consider locking the door from the shop to the residential premises which should satisfy Article 14(2) Bromley Council (EHO) has decided to take over the notice to the freeholder in addressing the issues raised in the Enforcement.
