Exercise Unified Response launch conference

22 December 2015

Exercise Unified Response (EUR) will officially launch at a conference in London next month.

The day long seminar taking place at the Guildhall, London, on Wednesday 20 January, will discuss the use of the EU Protocol and has been organised by the London Fire Brigade on behalf of the London Resilience Partnership.

This event has been generously supported by 4C strategies and the Corporation of London.

EUR will be the biggest multi-agency exercise in the Brigade's history and the four day training exercise will take place between 29 February and 3 March 2016 at various locations is central and south east London.

EUR will involve the implementation of all aspects of the response to a major incident, with the 'incident' itself involving a building collapse on to a central London underground station which is taking place at Littlebrook Power Station, near Dartford in Kent.
