Our two main plans
This area provides links to our two main plans; our corporate plan (which is also our best value performance plan) and our London safety plan.
London Safety Plan
Our London safety plan, sets out our strategy for safety in London and how we plan to improve how services are to be delivered. It maps out the patterns of fires and other incidents across the capital to give us an accurate picture of the people and places most at risk.
Corporate Plan 2007-2010 and Best Value Performance Plan 2007-2008
Our corporate plan is also our best value performance plan. It brings together in one document the key work which we are doing to meet our top priority of making London a safer city. It also reports how well we performed in 2006-07 and our targets for 2007-08 and future years.
