The delivery of high quality ICT services is crucial to the day-to-day running of the London Fire Brigade. As a problem analyst you will provide 2nd level support to the Brigade’s user community, and will also provide assistance in the analysis and investigation of problems affecting the Brigade’s infrastructure.
This challenging role will require proven experience of supporting users as part of an IT support team for a large multi site organisation, as well as a thorough knowledge and real-world support experience utilising a number of well utilised technologies.
To succeed you will possess excellent oral and written communication skills enabling you to relate complex technical matters to non-technical staff, and will have proven ability to research and apply technical information quickly to resolve issues within the IT infrastructure in a timely fashion.
