We work closely with the communities we serve to make London a safer place to live, work and visit. Alongside the work we do with young people, visiting schools (see LFB Schools Team section) and carrying out home fire safety visits we are also responsible for enforcing fire safety legislation as well as being the licensing authority for the storage of petroleum in London.
We have also provided tools for Londoners to see how many fire related incidents there are in their respective areas with the London Fire Brigade Incident Mapping site. You can see the types of incidents in your postcode area as well as the fire stations in that particular borough.
