The current registers of prohibition, improvement and enforcement notices issued under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 by LFEPA. The register is maintained under the Environment and Safety Information Act 1988 and contains a summarised version of the notices issued except where the person served has successfully applied for trade secrets to be protected from disclosure. A selective log of information in response to requests for information that we regard as having a wider public interest. These have been released under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Work is currently underway to add this facility online.
