Lewisham Fire Station’s Green Watch is teaming up with the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust (ACLT) to hold a bone marrow registration drive at the fire station on the 14th June.
ACLT are urging Londoners between 18 – 49 years to visit the fire station and sign up to become a donor on the UK bone marrow register – potentially giving someone the gift of life.
Firefighters will also be on hand to provide family fun activities and pass on advice about fire safety and careers in the Brigade.
The registration drive takes place at Lewisham Fire Station, 249-259 Lewisham High Street, Lewisham SE13 6NH, between 12pm and 5pm on Saturday 14th June.
