Maurice Heaster is a long-standing member of the London Borough of Wandsworth. Previously the Council's Deputy Leader, Maurice was also a former Mayor of the Borough. He was appointed to the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority in 2000, where he is Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group.
