Bloomsbury - flat fire

Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a block of flats in Coram Street in Bloomsbury.

Part of a flat on the second floor of the building was damaged by fire.

The Brigade was called at 1150 and the fire was under control at 1245. Fire crews from Soho, Kentish Town, Shoreditch and Lambeth fire stations attended the scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
