Orpington house fire

Four fire engines and around 20 firefighters were called to a fire in a house of two floors in Chelsfield, Orpington, BR6 yesterday evening.

The fire damaged part of the roof as well as part of the first floor.

The Brigade was called at 1843 and the fire was under control by 1919.

Fire crews from Orpington, Biggin Hill and Bromely fire stations were at the scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
