Four fire engines and around 20 firefighters were called to a fire in an flat on the 11th floor of a high rise block on the High Road, close to Brantwood Road, in Tottenham in N17 this morning. Part of the five roomed flat was damaged but there were no reports of injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1047 and the fire was under control by 1144. Firefighters from Tottenham, Stoke Newington and surrounding fire stations were at the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade’s fire investigation team.
