Wimbledon – road traffic collision

Two fire engines and a fire rescue unit attended a road traffic collision involving two cars on Plough Lane in Wimbledon, yesterday evening.

A driver of one vehicle was trapped and released by firefighters using specialist cutting equipment and was treated by London Ambulance Service crews.

The Brigade was called at 2137 and the Brigade’s involvement in the incident was over by 2208. Crews from Wimbledon and Tooting fire stations attended the incident.
