Ambulance called following Barnet kitchen fire

Firefighters led an elderly lady to safety following a fire on Langford Road in Barnet on Friday 1st June. The lady is thought to be in her late 80s and was treated by the London Ambulance Service for smoke inhalation following the accidental kitchen fire. The fire caused a small amount of damage to the lady’s kitchen.

The Brigade was called at 2014 and the fire was brought under control at 2037. Two fire engines and ten firefighters from Edmonton and Barnet fire stations were at the scene.
