Meetings of the Authority and its committees are usually held at the Brigade headquarters at 169 Union Street, London SE1 0LL.
Any variation to this is noted on the relevant body's agenda paper. There is access for people with disabilities and an induction loop for the hard of hearing. Parking is not available.
All of our executive meetings are open to the public except for when matters such as private, personal or financial information are being discussed. These are usually the last items on the agenda.
Agendas containing a summary of the business that will be discussed at the meetings and the reports on each topic for discussion (except any which contain private, personal or financial information) can generally be viewed on our website, five working days before the meeting. Minutes of the decisions taken at the meeting will be available once they have been agreed.
You can view a meetings archive of committee papers for the past six years. If you require older papers please contact our Democratic Services Department (Tel 0208 555 1200 x30084/1).

Members of the public can also inspect a range of other documents where available, such as background papers relating to a report, by contacting the Democratic Services Department.
This page contains reports from meetings since 2013 that were not made available to the public at the time of the meeting but which have now been reviewed and, where exemptions to publication no longer exist, have been authorised for publication.
