We are committed to openness and honesty and have an obligation to responsibility and accountability. As part of this commitment the Authority will seek to prevent, detect, investigate and deter all forms of fraud and corruption.
In line with the government’s Transparency Code 2014, we must publish information about our counter-fraud work. This information includes about the legal powers used, the numbers of staff working on counter-fraud work, as well as the number of fraud cases. We have also included the value of fraud investigated and the amount recovered.
We are committed to anti-bribery measures and have a number of policies (including those listed below) dealing with procedures and behaviours for staff and for dealing with contractors.
We have a confidential whistleblowing policy for our staff, contractors, agency staff, and suppliers to enable them to raise concerns about any aspect of the organisation's work.
