BBQ fire safety warning

A families summer house was destroyed after a neighbour put hot barbecue ashes on grass cuttings causing a fire that spread over two gardens. 

If you’re disposing of ashes after a barbecue make sure they are completely cold before you put them into a dustbin or onto grass cuttings. More barbecue tips can be found here.
